There will be a car show, live music, a parade and a ton of other fun activities to honor the Vietnam Veterans.

A BIG shout out to the First United Methodist Church in Marriott-Slaterville!

What a delightful book singing!

Us authors were catered to and pampered by the event managers.

This was without a doubt the best book signing all year as far as meeting and making new fans.

I was privileged to sit with award winning authors Joy Spraycar, Kristin Holt,

Annie Whittaker, Kelli Ann Morgan and Jodee Steffensen.

The turnout was steady both days and when it wasn't, I was surrounded by the best company.

What's better than that?

And I won a beautiful handmade wreath in the silent auction, 

thanks to my new fan you see me sitting with.

Yay me!!!

My very first customer was a Korean War Vet named Marvin.

He was ex-Army and still full of mischief.

I could almost see the young man he used to be.

Marvin was the start to a very fun day.
